- Aspirants Minimum Age: 18 years.
- Aspirants Maximum Age: 42 years.

Required Academic Record
- Aspirants must hold a 10th pass, Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed.), Graduate with D.P.Ed., HTET/STET, or from a Government Recognized University/Board/Institute.
Minimum Height and Chest Measurement Minimum Physical Standard:-
- For the General Category – Height: 170 Centimeters, Chest Unexpanded: 83 Centimeters, Chest Expanded: 87 Centimeters, Race (2.5 km) Time: Completed within 12 minutes.
- For the Reserved Category: Height: 168 Centimeters, Chest Unexpanded: 81 Centimeters, Chest Expanded: 85 Centimeters, Race (2.5 km) Time: Completed within 12 minutes.
- For the General Category – Minimum Height: 158 Centimeters, Race (1 km) Time: Completed within 6 minutes.
- For the Reserved Category – Minimum Height: 156 Centimeters, Race (1 km) Time: Completed within 6 minutes.
